UMHP

As part of our long-standing commitment to the well-being of older adults, we are proud to participate in the United Mental Health Promoters program through the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. The UMHP program seeks to raise awareness and break down barriers to promote community-based health education by offering free workshops focused on prevention and mental well-being.

Heritage Clinic’s United Mental Health Promoters are trained and committed to promoting the emotional well-being and resilience for adults 65+ who live in the San Gabriel Valley. Through the UMHP program, we offer free community events, linkage and referrals, and the friendly visitor program to encourage participants to live their best and inspired life.
